We are a boutique agency with large agency experience. We’ve seen the way large agencies work. Because we do not operate from a database of thousands upon thousands of unknown names, we can be highly selective with the candidates we place. Not only do we individually vet each applicant, we know all of our candidates and clients personally. We believe this builds trust and ultimately a perfect match.

Founder British Society Staffing
Kevin founded British Society Staffing in order to bring a heightened level of caring and understanding to the matching process and personal attention to the residential placement field in Florida and the United States.
Estate management has been a lifelong pursuit for Kevin. He first served as a Personal Administrator and Aide in the British Royal Air Force and subsequently as a respected Estate Manager. Such inside knowledge provides a unique perspective to clients and candidates alike.
Now on this side of the pond, Kevin brings his quick British wit, demeanor and professionalism to British Society Staffing recruiting and matching long-term placements as well as building strong relationships.
Kevin is a member of Mensa and the Domestic Estate Managers Association and enjoys travel, healthy food and fine wines. He manages the British Society Staffing office in Florida where he lives with his Danish wife, Bodil, and his golden retriever, Zigger.
Co-Founder British Society Staffing
As Manager in the Greenwich, CT and New York City offices of one of the largest and most well respected Domestic Staffing Agencies for 10 years, David developed a unique expertise in matching clients with candidates. His approach to the matching process was so thorough and personalized, he achieved a 75% success rate for placements lasting three years or longer.
Previously, David was a Manager with Onward Healthcare placing registered nurses. He also served in ministry to high school and middle school kids as an Area Director for Young Life in Greenwich, CT.
David is a graduate of The Hill School and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and also attended Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Greenwich with his wife, Beth, their three children, dog Ruby and their newest addition, rescue dog Nacho!
Tom is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience managing client relationships across a spectrum of categories such as technology, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, electronics, energy and communications.
He’s overseen multi-year relationships with a number of blue-chip companies including AT&T, Coca-Cola, IBM, Kraft General Foods, LG and GlaxoSmithKline.
Tom brings excellent day-to-day leadership skills and a reputation for providing exceptional client service to his role at British Society Staffing. After graduating from The Hill School, Tom received his BA from Trinity College. He lives in Wilton, CT with his wife, Laurie, and their two children.
